Based on High Street, Chellaston, and established in 2000 by Mick Whelan, Whelan’s Hairdressing & Barbers has always strived to bring the high standards of the city centre out into the suburbs.

During this time, Whelan’s Hairdressing & Barbers has continually kept up to date with the latest trends in their styling techniques, colours and products.

Our 7 team members have a combined 190 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. Mick Whelan believes that the success of the Chellaston Salon has come from the strong family values demonstrated throughout the team, and the loyal support of his staff and customers.
